THE TEDDY KRADZINSKI FOUNDATION

Carrying Teddy's light forward through recovery, community & connection.

We support individuals throughout their recovery journeys by creating access to resources, meaningful connection, and opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

Our foundation is in honor of and inspired by Teddy & how he lived his life.

Teddy Kradzinski was a musician — guitarist and singer for Apple Juice Jones — a yoga teacher and a friend to so many. He approached life with pure curiosity — experimenting with music, seeking a higher power through yoga, forming his own opinion on a topic and fostering judgment free conversation. He constantly reminded those around him that we never know what someone is going through — sending love to one another can radiate throughout the world. He was a vulnerable soul, his music and yoga teachings were a reflection of this. It didn’t matter to Teddy if he knew someone for 20 years or 30 seconds — he was always willing to stop, listen, and offer support.

Teddy physically left this world in September of 2021 from a fentanyl overdose after three beautiful years of recovery. As a foundation, we are committed to continuing what Teddy started through community, supporting one another, and maintaining a judgement free environment.

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we have been able to make a real impact:

Partnered with 4 recovery housing communities to support individuals on their recovery journeys.

Provided over 55 weeks of recovery housing scholarships.

Funded four yoga teacher training scholarships.

Providing free in-person yoga classes.

Hosting substance free activities including Tea with Teddy: A Book Club, a Music Festival and more events on the way!

Supplied essential items for those in recovery and those without stable housing.
